Rental Van Photo

Experience living in a van at a nearby campground, BLM land, RV or RS zoned or private area. I will bring van to your location.

The van is a 2021 Ram Promaster 2500 159wmb high roof. The regular size 19 ft van fits in any parking space. 600w solar panels along with alternator and shore power - enough electricity for cooking, computer, phones, fans, heater, etc.

Heater, nice bed, water, stove, toaster, coffee, etc. Near the beach, bus, tennis, pickleball, disc golf. Furnished upon request: bicycles, racquets, pickleball, disc, beach chair.

Clean and comfortable place in the middle of many things to do. Across the street from PickleBall/ Tennis Court, Disc Golf course.

1 mile from the beach, Monarch Butterfly Preserve, and Sandpiper and Glen Annie golf courses. 5 miles from UCSB.

10 miles from downtown Santa Barbara.

25 miles from Buellton/Solvang (Mendenhall Auto Museum, Nojouii Falls, Blueberry picking, etc.)

Local food to eat (Freebirds, Kyles Kitchen, Timbers, Draughtsman Alesworth)

2 electric bicycles with a swingaway bicycle rack and 2 Foldable kayaks tucked under the bed could be included!

Cassete flushable Toliet under bench seat. We try not to go #2 there, but easily can do and carry and dump in toliet at park or Porta-John.

Lagrun table can be moved next to passenger seat only.

Induction Stove....pots, pan, spatula, etc. in top and bottom drawer. .

Fully stocked kitchen and all. Blender, Hot Water Heater, Stove, Toaster, Kuerig

I'm 6ft 2in and standing tall in the van.

Cabinet above and drawers below with spices, toaster, blender, kuerig, plates, silverware, etc. We got everything in there.

Sink with retractable hole and soap dispenser. 28 gallons of fresh water and grey water under van. Folding table.

Hot water heater under the sink powered by engine coolant line. 4 gallons of hot water after 20 minutes driving for days.

Next two photo is shower setup in the van. Takes 3 minutes to setup or take down.

Long hose for shower.
